Mosaic stardust

The conversation around this Mosaic paintwork centered on abstract paint work the customer had recently seen - colourful splashes and sprays of pearls and metallics. We began the process with base colours of black and deep blues. Sprayed loosely to offer the beginnings of what we would try to attain. After choosing the colour palette and general layout we used a combination of brushes and sponges with wet and dry metallic colours, we airbrushed pearls and even sprinkled and blew dry pearls and fine flakes out of emptied pens. What a blast!
